Please note that once you purchase a course on the Unichrone website, you automatically agree to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Terms of Use, Rescheduling Policy, and Refund Policy.

The terms and conditions of our Refund Policy are as follows:

Cancellation By Unichrone.

Unichrone reserves the right to cancel a training program or change the location (for classroom mode) without prior intimation as fits necessary or may change the collaboration tool (for online sessions) as necessary. In case UNICHRONE cancels a training program, the registered participant shall be eligible to receive a refund post payment gateway fees deductions, else, on the participant’s request, UNICHRONE shall share the calendar for the upcoming three training programs and the participant could opt for any one of the training programs at no additional fees.

Requesting a Refund.

• The request must be sent via email from the email address used to register on our website https://Unichrone.com to buy the course. Please e-mail refund requests to support@unichrone.com

• Please state the date of purchase, name of the course and purchase receipt details like order ID and transaction ID in the email.

• All refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receipt of the refund request by the mode through which it was paid. Subject to payment gateway terms and conditions, also local statutory laws.

• For all refunds, payment gateway (Payment Gateway Transaction) charges shall be borne by the recipient as during inward payments, UNICHRONE bears the payment gateway (Payment Gateway Transaction) fees irrespective of whether training session are conducted or otherwise.

• All refunds if any will be processed as per the net received payment from the payer irrespective of the variations in the Foreign Currency. The payment will be processed as per the currency rate of the refund date.

• We shall not refund the fees paid for classroom sessions if the payer transfers the amount without prior confirmation on the classroom session by our office staff. In this case we may have to ask the participant to go with Instructor led Live Online Session. The difference of fees shall be adjusted and repaid to the payer.

Conditions.

• There shall be no refund for completed training courses irrespective of quality, status of the exam and results, whatsoever.

• Individuals registering with fee discount offered by UNICHRONE are not entitled for any refund in any scenario.

• Refund decesions are completely at the sole discretion of UNICHRONE.

• We at UNICHRONE take utmost care to keep our training materials, slides, handouts etc up to date and relevant. Notice of human error of any sort shall not be eligible for any refund, whatsoever.

• The training session will be arranged (Online/Physical/Corporate) sessions based on the availability of the trainers. Any compulsion to learn from the trainer of the same region as the participant or having preference for the location of the trainer irresepective of gender, nationality, race and ethnicity shall not be entertained by UNICHRONE. Arranging a trainer shall be a sole discretion of UNICHRONE. A refund for non-fulfilment of the preferred conditions cannot be claimed.

• We respect privacy regulations and hence during the Online Training session, the usage of camera feature during live session is an optional condition for both i.e., the trainer and the participant as per their comfort levels. Trainer and participants can opt to be on camera during the session as per their own will and wish and there shall be no compulsion to switch on the camera at the start or during the session. Training session may be recorded for quality and training purposes after obtaining consent from the participants. In case of group sessions; consent from 50% and above shall be considered as valid consent for recording sessions. The training session recordings shall be retained for a period of 7 days post which they shall be archived and deleted from the system permanently. We reserve the right to share the recording to the participants of the same batch.

• In case of a quality issue with the trainer, training materials, delivery of the training, the participant shall be required to inform UNICHRONE in writing during the first half of the Day 1 of the training session so that necessary evaluation and action can be taken. In case of single day course, the issues shall be informed in writing within the first 2 hours of the training session. Failure to inform within the said timeline shall revoke the request for refund.(This is only in case of not receiving the course materials from Unichrone. If there is a course material shared in advance, the refund request is not applicable.)

• There shall be no refund for Online/Classroom training courses irrespective of quality, the status of the exam results, training venue (Board Room) issues etc which are beyond UNICHRONE's direct control. There shall be no refund for any ongoing training sessions where meeting invite or the course materials has been shared with the participant irrespective of the issue.

• Group discounts can be availed after 3 participant registration and 4th participant onwards shall attract group discount benefits as agreed by the company. Group discount fees shall be non-refundable.
