In order to provide optimum products and services to customers, they may be billed through a Stripe email invoice. The following are the terms and conditions that govern our Stripe Email Invoicing Policy:
• 100% of the payment is due upon your receiving an e-mail invoice post deduction of payment gateway fees.
• You agree to the email invoice provided for online billing as suitable for your payment purpose and the information contained in the email invoice as adequate for you to make timely payment upon receipt of the same through e-mail.
• While using any payment method available to pay the email invoice online, Unichrone will not be responsible or does not assume any liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you or your business due to lack of authorization for any transaction/s; or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your company’s ‘bank/s’; or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; or decline of your online payment transaction for any other reason/s.
• You/your company agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold Unichrone harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims that may arise or result from any technical failure or incorrect use of the online payment process.
• Unichrone will not be held responsible for any damages your company may suffer as a result of using the payment process. If your online payment is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be provided by you or your company or its stakeholders to Unichrone within 48 hours from the receipt of the invoice, else your order is liable to be cancelled. • Our email invoicing facility through Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) for 100% safe and secure online payment.

• Please state the date of purchase, name of the course and purchase receipt details like order ID and transaction ID in the email.
• All refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receipt of the refund request by the mode through which it was paid. Subject to payment gateway terms and conditions, also local statutory laws.
• For all refunds, payment gateway (Stripe Transaction) charges to be borne by the recepient as during inward payments, Unichrone bears the payment gateway (Stripe Transaction) fees.
• For all refunds, payment gateway (Stripe Transaction) charges to be borne by the recepient as during inward payments, Unichrone bears the payment gateway (Stripe Transaction) fees irrespective of the session gets conducted or not.
• All refunds if any will be processed as per the net received payment from the payer irrespective of the variations in the Foreign Currency. The payment will be processed as per the currency rate of the refund date.
• For any payments for classroom sessions, we do not refund the fees paid if the payer pays without any confirmation on the classroom session from our staff. In this case we may have to ask the participant to go with Instructor led Live Online Session. The difference of fees will only be repaid back.
• The decision for any refund is fully at the sole discretion of UNICHRONE and UNICHRONE reserves the full right on the refunds. Please refer to our refund policy: Refund Policy
The foregoing are subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts in Bangalore, India, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of the use of this Site.
