Yes, you can. PMP is not mandatory to take up the PgMP Certification Course. You can enroll for a PgMP Certification Training in Republic of the Congo once you fulfill the eligibility criteria outlined by PMI.
No, it is not required to become PMI member before applying for the exam. But it is recommended to become a member as it will save your money.
Aspirants who have applied for PgMP must pass two evaluation processes to obtain the PgMP certification. Panel review is the initial evaluation in PMI’s PgMP Certification process. A panel of volunteer PgMP certified program managers will assess your professional experience-based information you have specified in your application. In general, candidates are expected to write a summary of around 500 words on their program management experience.
The identity of the candidates is not given to the panel in order to achieve unbiased assessment. Panel review usually takes up to 4 weeks to release the results. Once you pass the panel review, you are entitled to appear in the PgMP exam. If you fail in the panel assessment, a certification associate will give you the statement regarding the application review status.

The PgMP Examination Fee in Republic of the Congo is US $800.00 for a member and for Non-member: US $1,000.00
You can take the exam up to three times within a year. However, you need additional fees for the retake which costs $500 for PMI members and $600 for non-members.
